I am using a prepaid Airtel card and a blackberry phone. I send a sms on 121 to activate my black berry services on 11 march and the service provide also DEDUCTED my 299 balance the same day. the maximum time according to them is 24 hrs an activation of services. i called them on 12th, they said there is a problem is server and they cannot do anything about it. i was given the rural manager ABHA GUPTA'S number, i tried calling her up serve times but she did not answer my phone. i wen to the airtel gallery on 12 march and when called on their 999 helpline from the gallery itself, they assure my BB services will get activated by 15th MARCH morn and i was told that their executive will call me up and was given the complaint number for the same, which is 0312527821. but my black berry services has yet not been activated, so today on 15 MARCH i call them up again. i was informed again there is nothing much they can do and i will have to wait for maximum 15days. when i asked them to send me a sms on my cell on their behalf assuring that my services will be activated for sure after 10 days they refused. i do not wish to activate my BB services with airtel any more but they have crooked me and deducted my balance, so all i m forced to do is wait. I have been mentally tortured. i feel cheated and mislead.
