Alance deducted by Airtel within 24 hours without any service activated by us

Respected Sir,

I am Yogesh, i had my Airtel sim connection more than four years, now from few days Airtel mobile is deducting my balance from time to time, we had register a complaint to Airtel customer care but they always tell us that on your mobile some services have been activated, but the fact is that we haven't activated any services. They had deducted our balance with in 24 hours after recharge. some days before we again registered a complaint to custmer care to revert back the balance they had deducted, they had done that but after some time they had deducted again.

Sir same situation came again, Airtel had deducted my balance, yersterday on date 14-march i had e-rechared my mobile with RS 60.00/-, and got balance of RS 52/-, on next day means on 15-march when i checked the balance after doing some calls, balance is shocking only RS 18.60/- are remaining. I don't know where is my balance is gone or used.

Same case is held with my 2nd mobile also. so i didn;t recharge that mobile this month (march).

Airtel custmer care always told us that, they will not deduct our balance again. All services had been disabled previously by customer care after our request. but still they were deducting our balance. If we have any urgency and there is no balance in our mobile then what will we do.

So I am very frusted with the service of Airtel, i want to Register complaint against Airtel in Customer court. Please advice what steps to be followed for registering complaint.
