I have requested the Airtel company to disconnect my airtel landline phone no. 01724644925 about three months back vide request no 902440 dated 22.12.2009 but they have still not disconnect my above phone till date. The company is harrassing me by sending rental bills regarding above phone which I never used after 22.12.2009. I have already deposited my all dues upto 22.12.2009 which may be checked by the company from their records. The height of hassassment is that I have received another bill no. 12034869 dated 10.03.2010 yesterday for Rs. 559/- for the above phone which I have already surrendered three months back. Now I am thinking to surrender my mobile no 9872206256 of the same company as the company's repersentatives are harrasing me by calling me repeatedly regading above landline phone. If my above landline phone is not disconnect immediately by the company than no option will left with me other than going to the consumer court. Immediate response soliciated.
