Airtel chat service activate without my permission

Dear sir, i, have an airtel prepaid mobile no since last 6 month, from the last one month airtel chat service activated without my knowledge & without my any permission.my prepaid balance also deducted two time by rs.30 each as monthly rental for the same service.pls look the matter.
