This is to bring to your notice that i have been receiving calls from Airtel customer care executive Mr. Deepak-9717544626 regarding my outstanding bill for postpaid number- 9871610290. Though i was ready to pay the bill the executive misbehaved with me and embarrased me by calling my contacts to pay my dues.
My number was disconnected without me being informed about it, no mail or notice was send to me disconnecting my services or that i am liable to pay anything.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Anticipating a fair decision.
