I had taken two new airtel postapid connections and it was activated imediately in the month of febuary 2010. After few days both the numbers was barred from outgoing calls and it was not informed to me. When i raised a complaint with the customer care, they were not ready to take complaint. they accepted that they do not have any proof that they had informed to me before barring the outgoing calls. It was like 10 days i was not able to make outgoing calls. They also misguided me to submit all the documents in any of the airtel outlet. when i went their with all the documents they told i had to submit the documents to the same executive whome i took the connection as it was an corperate connection.
i asked the airtell not to bill for the barred period but it was and I had to pay the bill for the barred period as well.
