Educed Rs.99 from my a/c with out any reason

Today, 26mar10,

airtel reduced Rs.99 without of any reason.

In brief,

iam using airtel for last 2yrs but on this day airtel make me fool, on 26mar10, at 12:11 pm, i typed the URL ' m.160by2.com' with nop connection,

during the homepage opening i got an sms from airtel as

" Thanks for downloading Hungama Content Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99. MobileTV Watch IPL http://10.2.34.47/OTA ", but i didnt subscribe, didnt download, didnt click on any add or any link.

I tried 2 times to talk customer care, he told me that you r call forwarding to superwiser and after that call disconected both times, airtel customer care is not behaving with a minimum responsibility.

Pls help me, i want my money to back.
