Did not refund of deposite

Sir,

I, harsha had chaneged my Airtel postpaid connection to airtel prepaid (Mobile no. 9980622634) 1/10 And I had a security deposit of Rs. 500. But I did not get this security deposit. I go to postpaid outlet compailent & he compalent to ‘Airtel Customer Care’ and lodge complaint many times but still it did not worked.

Now I am seeking your help to get my money back.
