I had gprs problem in my area... wasnt able to connect properly. I called the customer care they told me it must be settings problem and sent me new settings. It dodnt work..now again i called and they said that there was a network upgrade going on and it would work after maximum 2 hours but it didnt... and now the airtel system diabled my number from contacting airtel. But i called again after 2 hours from another phone... now they were telling that there was congustion in my area and it would get done in 4 hours. The GPRS plan was for 24 hours and from that they are taking 4-6 hours repairing something and giving wrong reasons..
