Hi good afternoon sir/madam,

myself nirbhay singh want to ask u that what i do if your company deducts from my a/c..(09662592757) without any acknowledgement to customer. later i asked to customer executive, they told me that me only had activated this service. but let me ask u one thing sir what u ll do if the next morning your balance deducts as i mentioned above. to which i asked for records of mine then they said actually the company doesn't hold any information regarding the services which a customer uses/ used. just tell me what the company is doing there just thinking to harass the customer as they dont know about systems u are following? i want to add the details of message i got in morning " Thank you for subscribing to Airtel Talkies. You have been charged Rs10 for 1 movie for 7 days. Dial 51010 for favorite movies. To deactivate call 510100. " they just they request me to deactivate the service as u ll not be deducted from next time. but sir what to do when i know that i had didnt activated any services. after a long discuss i wish to say that what i ll do now every time i get recharged i find my balance deducted... just help me out from this...
