I use airtel prepaid number, my cell number is 9771321971. I had reduced my tariff to 60 paise per call by recharing with some plan. Yeserday (10-04) that plan was suddenly removed and my call rates become rs. 1 and rs. 1.5. I called customer care for the reason, they said that i had recharged with my number with rs.65 and because of which my low tariff plan is removed. But, I had not recharged my cell with any of such voucher moreover there is not any such voucher of rs. 65. Then to again reduce my call rate I had recharged with rs 27 unnecessarly.
