For last 2 days i have been trying to speak with the customer care executive regarding my internet issues on my phone but when ever i follow you IVR and press key 9 to speak to the executive you IVR request me to msg airtel and to send it to 121 and the call ends then and there. You people are charging us even if we have problems with you product and even if we calls you we are getting no response. If this is the service you provide to your customers than i don't i should ever think about using airtel the next time. Airtel was never this bad at service as its now.
