I am using postpaid connection in hyderbad and have paid advance of Rs.6000/- for Internation roaming in Jan. I requested for closure of International roaming and refund back my amount. Airtel has closed my International roaming but did not refund my amount yet. I have visited nearest airtel outlet and compalined twice but still no progress and its now several months and my money is lying with airtel. I request you to kindly look and do the needful immediatelly. Kindly assure and confirm me actions from your end else I would will be left with no option but log complaint in consumer court for amount with compensation.
