Not disconnecting my numbe

Dear Sir,

I have requested at Airtel outlets for diconnecting my number 0120-4284912, in december but till now service provider AIRTEL, has not diconnected and evry month they send the minimum bill ammount, as I am not using it still i ahve to pay the service charges ammount every month,

i request you to have a positive action from your end,
