Discontinuation of mobile facility

This is with reference to mobile no. 9810786629 (Cus A/c No. 102-101454277). I converted my coneection from post paid to prepaid on 20/03/10 on payment of all my dues of Rs. 895/- through credit card of icici bank having receipt no. 14-6187078 at dwarka branch.

But I have received massages from customer care that “you have not submitted the prepaid form”, They have already discontinue my incoming facility of mobile.

I think there is lack of co-ordination among the people of Airtel. I face problems while converting my connection from post paid to pre paid. Everytime massages or phone from customer care come, I had to repeat my problem every time as everytime there is new person on line at customer care centre.

I was also told that there is a waive off of Rs. 37/-, you will be given more talk time of Rs. 37/- at the time of conversion, but same was not given to me.

Moreover, I have not send the request for change of dialer tone on payment basis, but dialer tone has been changed without my permission . you are requested to revert back the same as I am not interested in any dialer tone on payment basis.

Please do the needful on urgent basis.
