Lying to costumers

Sir,

I have a Airtel prepaid number with FRIENDS 2 plan in which i received a message for validity recharge. The message was to Recharge with Rs.110 and get a talktime of Rs.98 along with a validity of one year. After confirming twice with the customer care executive, i have been told that this is a special scheme offered to me. My time of calling is also in records of the service provider.

Now the service provider has changed my mobile plan to general plan without telling me. After getting in touch with the provider, they told that no such scheme was there and they are sorry for such message. They also ask me to again recharge with Rs.94 ignoring my earlier recharge of Rs.110.

Kindly get involve in the above matter and i hope it will be resolved at the earliest.
