i am a customer of airtel prepared, Last day i got an sms saying, i have been charged Rs 30 for subscribing airtel radio. but i didnt subscribe anything. Then i tried unscubscribing and after some time, i got an sms saying, the service has been unsubscribed. but still i didnt get my money back, and now my balance is running negative. when i tried to call customer care executive, the call gets hanged up automatically whgile connecting with executive, iam not able to make any calls or anything, and this is pretty bad, what the heck is this?? if a person cant make calls while they needs to.
