I am Harnish Patel. I am using Airtel Prepaid Connection No. 9940214210 for last 1 month in Chennai. Since last 20 days it is blocked due to negative address verification. I have provided all my genuine documents over there. But they are saying that address is not matching. They said me to provide documents again in Airtel outlet. Again i have provided documents before 15 days to Airtel outlet. Still my card is blocked. I have talked to customer care lots of time. Every person is saying me different things. No one is taking responsibility for that. I am totally harassed with that card. Airtel is totally fraud. Can you help me in this matter?
