Whenever u call customer care (121) of airtel and wish to talk to there representative,

they either say that, "the no. u have dialed doesn't exist" or they say, "sms airtel to 121"

and if u call "198", then they also say, "the no. u have dialed doesn't exist"

there is noway u can connect n talk to there customer care representative..
