Wrong bill generation

Dear Sir,

I was using Airtel number 9600020048. I conducted airtel-121 to activate the services (Airtel-Airtel 10 paise and local SMS free service), and the airtel customer care executive told me that it wil be activated in 24 hours and i got SMS also to my mobile. This happened in the DEC-09 bill cycle. But the requested service was not activated on that number and the bill was generated wrongly for DEC-09 and JAN-10. I didnt check the bill details for DEC-09 and made the payment but i found this problem in JAN-10 bill cycle and communicated the same with Airtel. They told me that they will solve the issue. But they have not solved the issue and and they didnt give any discount. I was not at all intimated about the status of it. When i communicate airtle, everytime a new person picking up the phone and i have to explain the complete scenario. but no action taken yet. The person told me that discount has been given. When ask for the split-up they dont provide me the split up. And they just ask me to make the payment. Please look into this issue and solve it. My e-mail address [email protected]
