Unnecessary deducting money from my account balance and not solving my problem for the past 3 months

This is to inform you that i have my mobile network connection of airtel and for the past three months airtel has been deducting each day Rs.1 for subscription charges from their sms no.54321 but time and again i have already called up their authorities and told them these problem and get the problem solved at an early. but to my surprise the problem has not been solved despite my earnest request to them. Now it has become an utter problem from my side that i can't recharge my number no longer as there has been unnecessary wastage of money going on. Expecting earliest replies from your end.
