I am staying in Shastri Nagar in Pune. I and my husband both are facing severe mobile network problem at our home. We both are using Airtel.
We are facing this issue from last 3 months and raised complaints in the Airtel 2 and half months back.
But every time we call Airtel Customer care they say that we are transfeering your issue to the Network team.
Finally we talked to their escalation officers as well. From the time we made the complaint till today we get the response that the problem will be resolved in 15 days. But till now its not been resolved.
We are totally frustated as we are unable to make any calls from our mobiles. Everyday we are making atleast 3-4 calls to their customer care and they respond properly.
