Ill not waived off

Sir,

i lodged a complaint for repetitive activation of monthly rental schemes on my mobile no.9818691213 without my knowledge. for d same reason i got a waiver of rs.100 on 5th july. my ref. no. 934167126

for this i called to cust. care twice but i never got my bill waived off n now my ref. no. is being stated invalid. M not billing to pay any amount as my bill is still under the waiving limit but m not gettin any waiver from your company. Please help.
