Deduction of Prepaid balance without consumers knowledge

Dear Sir / Madam

This is to inform that I Mr. Raymond Antao (Goa) a Airtel Prepaid Customer with mobile No. 9890090016 would like to complain that deductions are made from my prepaid balance on a daily basis of Rs.2/- per day and also services messages and links are downloaded on its own without my knowledge for which direct balance deduction of Rs. 20 to 30/- is done for a month. I have called the Airtel customer Care for the last 6 days regarding the same but I am told that I have been downloading one particular link. I have asked them to stop all service messages and promotional services on my cell but inspite of that, the same is continuing and deductions are taking place even when the sim card is removed from the cell. Even after informing the customer Care service persons they inform us that the deductions will stop but when we check the next day the balance is already deducted. I feel this is harrassement and making a mockery of the customers time and money. We have already asked for DND Service.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
