Wrong billing of IPTV connection

I have a IPTV connection along with a landline and broadband connection from Airtel, my No 0124-4063642,

I had earlier requested the Airtel people to transfer my connection from Tower 6 to tower 1 at Sushanth Estates on the 27th of March howerver they did not for their own reasons.

The connection waes restored only on 4th of May'10. For the full month of April I was not able to use their connections. I thereby requested them to offer me discount for non usage of connection for a month,

I had earlier paid my previous bill under protest and was promised that the discount will be taken care of in the next bill.

The response from the customer care centre is also not encouaraging and horrible to say the least.

I request one and all to stop using Airtel connections till the comapny improve
