I am using Airtel GPRS plan of 200 MB for 7 days (@ Rs. 25/-). This plan was renewed on 4-Jun at 1:00 AM (got an SMS for renewal). It seems that there was a balance deduction of more that Rs. 100 for all usage after that. Complaint launched immediately after receiving a flash message for balance deduction fo Rs. 84/- at around 2:15 PM. Complain number 3060427194800. However, Airtel claims that the usage exceeded above 200 MB, which is incorrect. It is not possible for usage to exceed 200 MB in short time. The mobile handset too has data counter, which I track, and accordingly, my usage is around 60 MB in 10 days.
