I am prasanna working in Systech Solutions chennai, I bought Airtel SIM card last week and when I tried to activate the Add-One card facility I am not able to do because some one else has activated my number mistakenly, and I didn't give any acceptance to that number. When I contact the customer care they are saying Add-One card facility once activated cannot be changed.
I am not able to change the number because I recharged bulk amount for 6 months, How can I pay for the mistake done by others. Already the same problem happened to my friend and now for me. The Add-One facility in Airtel is very very worst.
