Dear Sir,
I had a problem with regards to my airtel landline number 0120-4380016, for which i had doubt about the over billing by the service provider. Initially when i had this phone installed, i used to receive hard copy of my phone bills but from last couple of months I am not receiving phone bills. I only receive sms with amount to be paid. The bill which is sent through soft copy on my email never opens beacuse of the incorrect password provided by the service provider. I had called on their customer care on 3 June for the bill details for which i was asked to pay Rs. 50. I had on 3rd itself had requested the customer care to disconnect my phone. Since then I had received 4 nos. of calls from airtel call centre asking me again and again about my problem and I had requested all of them to disconnect the phone line, but practically till today even after so many days nothing had been done on it. Neither are they providing with call details nor are they disconnecting my phone.
PLease help how to deal with it.
