Deactivation of hello tune

I HAVE TRIED A LOT TO DEACTIVATE MY HELLLO TUNE ON MY NO. i. e 9897826543, even i called many of the times on the no. of customer care but haven't got any satisfactory reply... So its an request to u kindly look into this matter n make my hello tune to be deactivated before 2nd july...
