Dear Sir

I had taken CUG within my family with 4 numbers of which two were in my name, one in my fathers name and other in my mothers name. In the month of July i gave a request to close one of the number in my name and to migrate the rest numbers to prepaid. A executive visited my residence and provided me the 3 prepaid sims against cash and id proofs. Later both the numbers in my name were migrated to prepaid (including the one i have asked to close), my moms number was barred from outgoing and no action was taken on my fathers number.

A month later i received a bill for my mothers number and then i contacted the customer care to explain them the problem and they informed me to ignore the bills and we followed the same. Now its been a year where in I have received a court notice asking me to pay the outstanding bills. I escalated the issue to the nodal and appellete afficer but later they informed thet NO COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED BY THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER. Later to sort out the issue I agreed to pay the outstanding amount and did pay the outstanding too but till nowthe number hasnt been closed. I have been following with applellate officers (who are said to be the highest level of escalation in airtel) from past 15 but they have not yet closed the account and issued me the No Objection Certificate. I had even scanned the copy of the bill and have sent them but even then there no residue from their end.

Hence request you to kindly advise/guide on this
