Hi,

This is Shine from Trivandrum -The Customer of Airtel (09567640550). I Facing a Complaint Regarding my Offer TT (10rs - Triple Talktime) is Not Credited 16 July

Onwadrs. Many times i call to customer care regarding the same issue. I Got the Offer Message on 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th July From AL-Airtel. After that i Confirmed from Customer care Regading this One. They are informed that the Offer is Now Available pls do the recharge and you will get the talktime within 48hrs (Inform from Yasir - Team Leader & 1 CCE). After that I done the recharge on 16th 6pm .(Tran. ID :1183203590) and got the TT of Rs.6/- But I didnt Got the TT yet now... Today (21st Juy) I call to customer care and Mr. Niju (Team leader) Inform that the Offer is not available for your Number... Are You Cheating to the Customer Or Not...

Offer Msg Details. NOW GET TRIPLE TALKTIME! Rs.30 Talktime on RC10! Get Rs.6/- talktime on recharge and Extra Talktime of Rs.24/- credited within 24hrs. 1 time offer before 22 Mar. dial 141...

Pls Take the action against Mr. Yasir & Niju (Team leaders) and following Executives...

So Pls Kindly Give me the Revert through Call or Mail...
