My wife is uing a mobile whose service providers are Airtel. its a prepaid connection. the company is unnessarly charging for the services not provided and every second day certain amount is dedcted from the balance to be more precise like hello tunes she has never subscribed, whenever she gets a message she imm deletes, but still Rs. 30/- are deducted from her balance, she has ben charged for downloading game links which she has never done but twice she has been charged Rs.120/-, she is also been charged for celebrity yoga which she has never ever subscribed. we even went to Airtel Gallery at Shivaji Park, they assured us it wont be repeated they also logde a complain with customer care 999. we also received an SMS that they have taken note of it and in future she wont receive such messeages and her amount will not be deducted. My question is does such a big company have to use such tactics to earn money. and loot its innocent customers??? her Mobile No is 9987830655. pls react to this immediately.
