Alance deduction

I am a prepaid user of Airtel.

Airtel deduct Rs 15 from my account regarding use age of Airtel live. on 30 july.but I have not use that..

Even I have not get Any notification regarding deduction of balance from my account.

It is not First time they do so earlier also they deduce my balance by activating any plan. and then refuse that it is activated by them.
