Games downloaded automatically and I have been charged

Hi,

My nos is 9970850169

I got an automated sms frm Airtel that I have been charged for a Java enabled game download, which I had never downloaded.

I asked the Representative to resolve this issue to which he blunty replied that I has been downloaded from your mobile so you will pay for it.

I told him that I had not downloaded it I just got the SMS, then I asked to transfer the call to his supervisor for which he kept me on hold without my permission for 10 min and then abruptly disconnected the call.

Please help me in this regards and send it to the proper escalation SPOC of Airtel. I would really appriciate this.

People like this are not eligible for customer service.
