Without intimation hello tune activation and money deduction

I have buy Airtel sim last month for my mom. From last week i am facing the prob of auto activate hello tune and money deducted by airtel without any intimation. On 8 Aug i had talk with the airtel customer care representative and deactivated the Hello tune service and giving him instruction that we never want hello tune service automatically activate on this SIM. Airtel Complaint No is 0808481903. But yesterday morning same thing happen again. Without any request airtel started hello tune again and money deducted from the balance.

I think airtel doing this because they are started to charge when we speak with the customer care representative. They want to earn money this way. I know to call customer care and deactivate the service and ask for refund amount. But what about those people who dont know about this...? Airtel cheating with their customer.
