To stop Hello Tunes facilty on my MOB. no

Dear Sir,

Since a week before due to by mistake Hello Tunes facility is activated on my Mob. No-9971805867 (Gurgaon-Airtel Prepaid No.). As a result Rs 1.00 is being deducted from my Mob.balance everday. I have send request to stop this Hell Tunes on 121 Airtel Customer Care No. since 4 days before. But still this facility is not being deactivated from my Mob. No.. So it is my request from you that plz. stop this Hello Tunes from my MOB.NO.

I shall be thankful to you. plz. do the needful Asap.
