Airtel-Asking document verification after 2&1/2years

I am a Airtel subscriber from around 2&1/2years. Now the airtel sending me the SMS on my number that you have to sumbit your document once again before seven days otherwise your number will be disconected.

As I have already sumitted the document at the time of SIM purchage, . My airtel number is 9938656567 I want to know that why they are doing like this?
