Emaining Balance not transfered

I recharged with Rs. 40.. Because they sad that on IVR if recharge with Rs. 40 I will get full talktime but I didnt got the remaining balance of Rs. 5.74. which should have to transfered in 48 hrs from recharge.

please check and do the needful...
