Airtel Sim Registration failed message

Dear Sir,

I have a Airtel prepaid (9717510199) connection since August. I am getting regularly the Sim Registration failed message since 1 months.

Regarding this problem I have contact to Customer care exeutive and the advise to take Duplicate sim card from Airtel Centre. So I have contact to the NEHRU PLACE, NEW DELHI-19 AIrtel Centre but the executive told he don't have this mob. no (9717510199) duplicate sim.

How long time will take to replace with duplicate sim card.

Please help for the same.
