Requesting ID proof resubmission

Airtel is requesting me to submit my ID proof or else they will deactivate my number (9940308994).

I have received a call from Airtel, demanding me to resubmit my id-proof also they told me that Mobile Sim Registration is not made to my number correctly. they told with some other name the actual registration is done.

So i have totally confused, also to verify this i have made a call to Airtel prepaid complaint - 198;

in that i have made a complaint that i have got a call, asking me id proof re-submission, but the customer support person told that all the documents submitted so far is clear, also i have verified the mobile sim registration is done in my name only.

i have given the complaint with the number in which i get the call from,

but still i am below getting message from AT-Airtel daily,

"Last chance to avoid disconnection. Last date extended, pls submit your document & form before 19-Sep. Also get Free 40 A2A minutes, pls ignore if sumitted already"

I am confused whether i have submit or not, if they have already then, why submitting again.
