i recently surfed 0.facebook.com which is free by facebook itself after logging out my balance was deducted alot it was around 31.99 but now its 15.76 many times i reported this issue to costumer care. but they take it prob very lightly even i just used facebook for 10-15 seconds but still balance was deducted around 15rs i faced this problem many times and now i am really fed up. my mobile no. is 9910830116 please tell me why does it happen again and again.
