Complaint Regarding deduction of balance

I applied an internet pack of Rs 18 (transaction id is 1568152707.150 at 10:38 p.m on 09/10 and phone no. is 9679020026) to activate internet for three days as per airtel scheme. After activation the above I found that the company had deducted Rs 18, from my main balance. Therefore I lost Rs 36 for the same service of 3 days. Now the provider is denying for refund.
