Erratic services - Need compensation

Dear Customer care,

I am being charged full amount by the airtel despite its defficiency in services for erratically stopping outgoing as well as blackberry mail services on Tele No 9987024501. I want them to be penalized for the same. The services have impacted my critical messages and telephone calls.

How do I make them compensate it
