I've registered a complaint with Airtel for their poor network around the area of my residence. The complaint was registered in March & I was assured that the problem would be resolved in 7 working days. However there was no improvement in the service. After regular follow-up with Airtel Customer Care I was asked (by Airtel representative) to change my SIM card, that would improve the network problem. I did that, but there was NO improvement in the network. In July I was given a written commitment (on e-mail) by Airtel that the network problem would be resolved by end of September. But Airtel has failed to keep its commitment & the network has gone worse.
Please look into this matter.
