My airtel No 9818011442 has being deactivated without warning. Today I called coustmer care and gave all my details to them. I was assured that my No will be activated within four hours, but my No is stil not working. Again I called coustmer care. This time I was asked to sumit verification details in writing at any airtel shop. This prove that u have untrained coustmer care executives. No one know the exect reason of fault and procedure to rectify. I have some balance in my accout. Please activate for few days so that I can use that and get rid of you. Your network is only good in big cities not in small cities. Due to which I forced most of relatives to shift to some other network from airtel.
