Non repsonse to line being down despite repeated complaints

There was a fire in a local tel exchange of airtel 10 days back in chandigarh. Subsequently this was restored. From that time the landline and internet connection is down despite repetaed complaints and reminders. There is simply no response. I stay in sector 21c in chandigarh.
