1> poor service in transferring connection from 1 house to other. It took them 10 days to do so

2> extremely poor service for ip tv. Its been more than a month and v still havnt got our ip tv connection despite paying the fees and documents.

3> Poor internet connection. Most of the times, airtel server is down

overall a very disappointing service by airtel
