Dear Team,

I had taken new AIRTEL Postpaid (7702222771) connection from Madhapur branch of AIRTEL. First they charged Rs 100 for getting the so called prime number but never gave me receipt for the same.

Me being bachelor I also gave my company address for the verification purpose as requested by AIRTEL officer. After a week time my phone was disconnected because of verification issue.

I visited the AIRTEL office again and they confirmed problem will be resolved within couple of hours. In the evening I again visited the AIRTEL office when they asked me to fill the ECS form and pay

Rs 500 more as I am living in bachelor accommodation. Fortunately, I was able to make call but henceforth my mobile became more like landline in which I was not able to see the number of the caller.

I raised the concern to Customer care and even to Nodal office which was later rectified after almost 10 days after regular follow up with both customer care and Nodal office. Today once gain my mobile was disconnected due to verification issue. Once again I went to AIRTEL office and also called customer care for the help but to no avail…I am really fed up with regular follow up AIRTEL. I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the issue so that common man is not harassed like me…
