Dear Sir/Madam,

Airtel network and customer services are sucks,

I am in Mumbai and I have Delhi’s airtel phone number, I did not have balance in my phone I got my airtel number recharged by 50 Rs on 25 oct 2010 so that I can call customer care to know about full talk time offers.

I dialed 121 for customer care, one of the represented picked my call, I asked about any full talk time offer to representative, her replied is “sir, you need to speak to delhi customer care because we can only tell about best offers in Mumbai not about delhi, I asked her “what number should I dialed to speak to delhi’s customer care” her replied “98109810, she did not tell me that this number will be charged

I called on her given number (981098190), after a long wait I came of cross to one of the customer care representative, I asked her about the best full talk time offer, she replied “sir, dialed 1213 from your airtel number to know about best offer.

I dialed 1213 from airtel number; I got the message “This number is not valid”. I called again on 98109810, one of the representative picked my phone, I asked her same question, her replied “sir, you can get your airtel number recharged by 444 Rs for full talk time.

I tired to get my number recharged by 444 Rs for full talk time; I got the message “This recharge is not successful”. I had to call again on 98109810.This time representative said “sir, I am sorry some one has given you the wrong information, this 444rs full talk time offer is no more valid. He gave me another number that was 121312 and he mentioned this number is especially to know about full talk time.

I trust him and dialed 121312 I got the message “This number is not valid.

At the end I left with only 14rs balance in my phone. I wasted 32rs only in talking with different types of duffers sitting in airltel customer care.

I still don’t know what is best full talk time offers available to recharge. I also wanted to know any offer for reducing the roaming charges for incoming calls but no one was able to tell me about it.

Every time I dialed customer care number it took me valuable 5 to 7 min to get connected with team of duffers (airtel customer care).

I am really fed up with airtel services.
