Cancel of lien of rs. 4500

Sir,

I have brought in your notice a number of times through hotline calls that a lien of Rs. 4500= stands against my no. 9815623374. Inspite of so many requests the said lien has not been cancelled as yet. This is most regrettable of a company like yours. If you can't cancel the said lien of Rs. 4500= I would have no option but to disconnect this no. which I have been using for the last so many years. Your executives seem to me non-serious as they don't care for my repeated requests. kindly do the needful immediately.
